About the event
Affinity Group*: Courageous Conversations for Conscious Change – Recognition and Self-Reflection on Issues of Racism as Asian Women
*An Affinity group is a gathering of individuals who share a common identity, experience, or
interest, providing a space for mutual support, discussion, and collective empowerment
TAA members committed to becoming agents of change to interrupt cycles of racism are
welcome to join. What have you experienced? What have you done? What have you
witnessed? Each month, we will collectively hold space to engage in facilitated, deep, honest
conversations about racism.
Recognition is a commitment to building accountability to know and learn to do better and be better. Self-Reflection is a radical act of courage and care for benefits beyond self-interest.
Come together to share, explore, and navigate common issues of racism to heal, learn, grow,
and empower from within.
