The Venting Vineyards is a safe haven for women to share their work-related frustrations and emotional rollercoasters—those you can't discuss at the workplace or with close family. It's a space to tackle questions like:

• "I know I'm good at my job, but how can I make my voice heard?"

• "I felt terrible during that meeting I was leading."

• "Am I imagining misogyny, or is it real?"

• And yada yada yada

Here are the rules:

• We'll meet once per quarter.

• Start your sentences with “here to vent” and “I want advice" to facilitate full support from the group.

• It is ll trial and error, we will learn and readjust [:>>)]

Depending on interest, we may increase the frequency of our meetings.
