Welcome to The Authentic Asian Circle Community (referred to as "the Community"). By accessing or using the Community, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions:
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Community, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the Community.
2. Community Purpose
The Authentic Asian Community is dedicated to fostering discussions, sharing experiences, and promoting cultural awareness and challenges that AAPI women face in business. It is a platform for members to engage in meaningful conversations and share content related to these topics.
3. Community Guidelines
Members are expected to follow the Community's guidelines, which include but are not limited to:
- Respect and civility: Treat all members with respect and kindness.
- No hate speech or discrimination: Hate speech, racism, sexism, or any form of discrimination will not be tolerated.
- Content guidelines: Ensure that your posts are relevant to the Community's purpose and respectful of cultural diversity.
4. Membership
Membership in the Community is for individuals who share an interest in this topic and are committed to abiding by these terms and guidelines. Membership is paid and non-refundable.
Annual memberships are non-refundable, however, if you at any point would like to terminate your membership, you will be able to choose yourself or ask our team to choose for you someone from our scholarship waitlist to gift your remaining credit to as a scholarship.
5. User Responsibilities
Members are responsible for their own actions and content posted in the Community. You must not:
- Post offensive or inappropriate content.
- Engage in harassment, trolling, or any form of disruptive behavior.
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
- Share personal information of others without their consent.
6. Moderation
The Community will have moderators who will enforce these guidelines and have the authority to take appropriate actions, including warning, suspending, or banning members who violate the rules.
7. Content Ownership
Members retain ownership of the content they create and share in the Community. However, by posting content, you grant the Community a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute that content within the Community.
8. Privacy
Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.
9. Termination of Membership
The Community reserves the right to terminate or suspend a member's access to the Community at its discretion, especially in cases of repeated violations of these terms, in which case the subscription amount will be forfeited.
10. Changes to Terms
These terms and conditions may be updated from time to time. Members will be notified of any significant changes, and it is their responsibility to review and accept the updated terms.
