Coaching Groups
The Authentic Asian coaching groups are included in every membership -- a program consisting of an executive coach leading 8-10 women for 90 minutes a month. These groups are mostly broken down by career stage and/or industry, but some are also much more personal tracks. Please read below for more information.

Anna holds a bachelor of science degree in Biomedical Sciences and a bachelor of arts degree in Professional & Applied Ethics, both from Western Michigan University and sees her educational journey as evidence of the value of a liberal arts education.
Anna is the principal of The Human Solution, a consultancy collaborative that focuses on human operations, organizational/operational scaling & founder/principal evolution. She also serves as a Senior Consultant with Ktisis Capital, a progressive philanthropic consultancy dedicated to reframing philanthropy through a justice-forward lens.
Anna enjoys audiobooks, fine-tipped ink pens, sneaking nutritional relevance into her children’s food, and learning about what motivates people to do better and be better.
Entrepreneur: Later Stage
As an entrepreneur, after working for so many years, it can be difficult to keep going. It's a long, lonely road, even if you are able to build your business to a sustainable business. In this group you will meet other Asian American women in this same business stage, and gain insight and inspiration from eachother to continue to run your marathon. Session will be lead by an experienced later-stage entrepreneur and coach.
Entrepreneur: New Venture
We know it's difficult to launch a new venture, especially if it is your first time. Imagine when launching your venture, you are no alone, but instead surrounded by 8-10 other inspiring early stage entrepreneurs, also going through the same struggles as you. If you're in this boat, this group is for you. This session will be lead monthly by an experienced entrepreneur who has over 10 years of experience in entrepreneurship, and can help support you and the group in your journey.
Corporate: Middle Management Looking to Break The Ceiling
How do you break the ceiling when you feel like you're the one and the only in the room? By joining this group. This group will help surround you with other women looking to break the ceiling with you, and help uplift you on your journey. Session will be lead by an experienced coach (C-Level and trailblazer) who has already broken the ceiling, and looking to help pave the road for you and the rest of the inspriational women in the group.
Corporate: VP Looking to Break the Ceiling
You're almost there. But the Corporate latter can be a chess board and difficult to navigate, before you break that ceiling. We will have this group lead by an experienced C-Level and Coach who will help you with your journey (along with all other VPs in the group) towards reaching your career goals and uplifting eachother.
Corporate: C-Level Seeking Support
You've already made it, you've broken the ceiling! But in the process, you now feel alone, and are looking for support and community. It can be difficult to be the one and the only in the room. We're here to help.
Executive Coach: Manifesting More Opportunity
Did you know that Executive Coaches are one of our largest industry groups? Executive Coaches make up almost 20% of our member based, hence the need to create a group just for them. Will be lead by an experienced (you guessed it!) executive coach to lead and inspire the conversation for the group.
Law Firm Partners
As a seasoned law firm partner with years of experience, persevering can become quite challenging. The journey often feels lengthy and solitary, even when successfully establishing a sustainable business. Within this group, you'll connect with other Asian American women navigating similar paths, drawing inspiration and insights from each other to sustain the marathon ahead. Led by a seasoned law firm partner and coach, these sessions aim to provide support and guidance.
Private Equity and Venture Capital
This group unites Asian American women in private equity and venture capital to share experiences, offer support, and build skills. Led by industry leaders, it's a platform for networking, mentorship, and discussions on navigating these sectors successfully.
